I am a graduate of business management from one of the top university in Philippines and I am active participating in our student organization named Management Student Society of UE. After graduation, i immediately worked as a Sales Representative covering the Southern islands in Region 4A like Palawan and Mindoro handling multiline consumer and pharmaceutical products. Then after almost 10 years i changed career and shifted to Business Process Outsourcing as i felt that it was sort of financially rewarding. I started again as an international customer service agent and worked my way up. Anyway, these are my beliefs and i practice it. Dedication to work is a given as hardwork should be on a daily basis. I am punctual as I value people's time. I am also competitive in regards to results as i always thrive to be one of the top agents and to do this i believe that everyone should be equipped with proper training to gain the technical knowledge needed. I am attentive and focus on what i do and most often i exceed expectations. I also believe in planning and working on the plan. I have experiences in doing analytics as i checked key performance indicators of agents base on quality and quantity of work. And with an excellent compassion for customers, I had my way up with some management and people skills. I also had experiences in conducting meetings and deliver company directives. I believed that to be a good leader one must be a good follower. With that I commit to continue to contribute to your company in whatever capacity
