Hello there! You can call me MJ, and I'm a professional Hotel Reservations and Sales Manager here in the Philippines. I've worked with different businesses professionally for 8 years in the field of sales. Servicing clients from the hotel and hospitality industry (Reservations Specialist), real estate (Sales Executive), medical (cold calling), eCommerce (Shopify and eBay), and digital marketing (Conversion Campaign). Currently, my team and I working in the hospitality industry, I have 17 heads under my team. We do hotel reservations for Intercontinental Hotels Group in different regions like North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Middle East. I learned how to develop my selling skills and how the proper way of communicate with your buyer, work with a team and exceed the goal. I do direct sales and buyer tripping. Because of hard work, I was promoted as a sales manager where I manage a team with 16 sales executives. I developed my English proficiency when I started working with BPO as a customer service and sales representative of eBay and Wyndham. I learned how to properly communicate over the phone, do direct sales over the phone, how empathize, and understand the outsourcing business. For the Medical industry, I worked as a cold caller for select quote medical advantage where I do sales by convincing the lead to transfer them to our licensed medicare agent. I have an excellent understanding of how to use callshaper. When it comes to digital marketing, I have a great understanding of how to run Fb ads (Business Manager) because I have my own page where I create and manage my own ads. I create my own graphics and am knowledgeable in using Canva and Photoshop. To enhance my skills, I also attended training on how to use Zendesk, Freshdesk, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, and Elementor. During my free time, I love watching movies and cooking. I also engage myself in sports activities like volleyball and badminton.
