I have been a fitness professional since 2011. I have a passion for health and fitness and for helping people which is why I absolutely love what I do as a fitness coach. I started out at Snap Fitness 24/7 where I trained my clients for 5 years. I then decided to venture out on my own and create my own fitness business in 2016. I trained clients at my home gym, at their homes, and at local parks and had a blast doing it. February of 2018 was when I decided to add virtual fitness training to my business for so many wonderful reasons. I can now work with clients from anywhere in the world, I have the ability to tie in nutrition and habit coaching more easily, and I have more freedom and more time to dedicate to making my business the best it can be. I also work as a Trainerize Product Expert and Onboarding Specialist. I help other Trainerize coaches learn how to unlock the power of Trainerize for their business.
