Hi! My name is Diana. I studied Tourism in and during my studies I did two internships in Virginia and Florida. Here I mostly worked on my customer service skills, but also improved my English. I finished studying 10 years ago and since then I have been working all around my country and also online. I have a lot of experience in customer service and teaching Spanish. The last few months as I was quarantined I have gained a lot of online customer service experience! I have been working for several webshops and have learned to use many ticketing systems. Mainly Zendesk, Gorgias and GSuite. For languages, I am a native Spanish speaker. I am also fluent in English and know Portuguese on a conversational level. Besides this, I know an intermediate level of Dutch. Hopefully we'll be working together soon!
