Hi! My name is Sharron and I have been working with data for a very long time! I very much enjoy meeting new people and discussing their current data/information problems and then developing possible solutions when it comes to accessing necessary data more quickly. I like to listen to what my clients are looking for, and then develop a step by step solution that will meet their needs. I believe that I not only have the technical expertise to create solutions, but I also have the soft skills to help facilitate the communication of technical terms into everyday language and to design a system that is customized to my clients' individual needs. Because I majored in Industrial Engineering, developing efficient processes is part of every one of my data projects. I will either take your process that you already love and want to automate, or I can suggest ways to improve efficiency for you. I also like to keep the communication loop open to make sure I am delivering on what I promised to you. I can also make training videos to help facilitate that process. My particular areas of expertise include SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), especially with Microsoft Excel and Access. I have over 30 years of experience with Microsoft Office and including Access and Excel and the VBA and SQL languages. I have over 20 years of experience as a SQL developer. I also have over a decade of experience with social media management and classic web technologies such as ASP classic, HTML, and JavaScript as well as Visual Basic. I have two decades of training as an educator in technological fields, end user training, and K-12 learning. I can create training videos for technical training as well as training videos for the custom applications that I create. I have worked with a wide spectrum of clients, including those from manufacturing, quality control, distribution, food, pharmaceuticals, health care, financial, media, education, real estate, and service organizations. I am able to implement the entire technical solution from the initial specifications from the customer to the final implementation with training.
