I am a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative who has acquired various knowledge in the field-driven from my previous experiences. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After college, I worked as Banquet Crew an a Hotel then after that I work as an Order Processor for a flower company that serves customers across the United States.
