I have been in the Customer Service industry for about 7 years. I work in a BPO company for years now where I was assigned to a Wine Subscription company and my main role is mainly Customer Support and partly helping in back office tasks when needed. I used to work an answering service for Home Care Agencies based in New York with a role similar to a receptionist/front desk. I have also worked as an ESL teacher for a couple of years. I consider myself as well equipped in this field plus I'm proficient in English in both writing and speaking with minimal accent. I have experience in using Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Slack, Stay.Ai and ReCharge.
