I am a Naturopathic Medical Graduate with a background in, and love of, biochemistry, molecular genetics, and nutrition. My talents are turning complex science into empowering action for people who want to take charge of their health and mindset to get more out of life! I have experience educating students about nutritional and botanical supplements to support their wellbeing, writing for a health science journal aimed at expanding scientific literacy in the general population, and working for multiple naturopathic clinics as a virtual and in-person receptionist.
