Orleando Dassi M.

I'm a Senior Consultant with 10+ years of experience in diverse industries. I am a good team player who loves to work on interesting missions, using my expertise to provide value to customers. I lead and get involved in human-sized teams, where I propose and enforce architectural decisions to deliver better solutions while ensuring they scale. My flexibility is one of my greatest assets; I'm defined as sociable, a team player, someone who knows how to adapt to any environment, and always willing to put in the work required for continuous improvement. I'm very professional whenever needed and at other times a good joker, soccer player, and writer. Taking initiatives that will advance the team and/or the project is what defines me the most while working collaboratively. My main skills are oriented toward Solutions Architecture, System Integration, Salesforce, Cloud computing, Software Development, Apache Camel, and Apache Airflow. Other accomplishments: - I coached over 100 people in tech. - Crossed +1 million people reached on StackOverflow in 2023. - Top contributors in the NumericaIdeas community (2022). - Top 3% of Upwork freelancers in 2021 (Top Rated Plus badge). - Top 20% Google Translate Contributors in 2017. - More than 100 tech articles/videos published on the internet.
