I have 20+ years of Project and Program Management experience on a variety of different projects, ranging from IT Project Management to helping a community radio station get up and running. I love the start-up phase of projects and enjoy defining and planning the scope, setting goals, and creating processes and systems to help a project run smoothly. My goal whenever joining a project is to make myself obsolete through the implementation of effective workflows, thorough documentation, and training. My motto is "Plan the work and work the plan."
