I LOVE what I do! I'm a CPA with 14+ years of experience, specializing in small to medium size businesses. Experienced with start-up operations to multi-state 3,000+ employee companies. Extensive knowledge in E-commerce, real estate, construction, retail, IT / AI services, manufacturing, personal services, hotel, restaurant, investment accounting and financial statements on a work in progress basis. Tax return preparation for individual, partnership and corporation is a large part of my practice, on average I prepare 400-500 returns every year. Monthly bookkeeping services including reconciliation and journal entries are another large part of my practice. As a tax CPA, I always try to streamline clients' books in the most tax-savings way! Additionally, I offer compilation reports, reviewed financial statements, audited financial statements, R&D tax credit study, payroll management, business formation, back tax filings and resolution, S corporation election, US expat tax filings, FBAR filings, foreign-owned LLC filings including a form 5472 and proforma 1120, Quickbooks setup and maintaining support, and entity structure and tax planning services. Lastly, I help overseas startup companies trying to enter the U.S. market with their legal setup (e.g. corporation, LLC) and related accounting needs. Located in the Metro Atlanta area, Georgia and serve clients in every region of the United States and worldwide! I focus on developing strong, long-term relationships with my clients, partnering as they achieve financial success, and profit. I also served at Georgia Gwinnett Technical College as an adjunct professor and contribute my skills and knowledge to numerous students in my community.
