Finding an electrical BIM specialist who understands German standards and delivers fast is hard. Most freelancers can draw; few understand how a project actually gets coordinated and built. I'm an Electrical BIM Coordinator based in Germany, working on electrical, lighting and BIM projects for engineering offices since 2020. I help engineering firms and architects deliver electrical models, lighting calculations and coordinated drawings on time, in the standards the project requires (DIN, HOAI phases, ISO 19650), with fewer manual hours thanks to automation. WHAT I DELIVER • Electrical BIM modeling in Revit: power, lighting, low-voltage, fire alarm, data • Lighting design and calculations in DIALux evo and Relux, with photometric reports (DIN EN 12464-1) • BIM coordination: clash detection in Navisworks, BIM execution plans, model checks, IFC exchange • Scan-to-BIM: Revit models from point clouds (structure + MEP) • Revit automation with Dynamo and Python: fewer repetitive tasks, fewer errors HOW I WORK I adapt to your template, naming and parameter standards, ask the key questions up front, and deliver in the format you need. Comfortable in Teams/SharePoint workflows. CET time zone, overlap with Europe and US mornings. BACKGROUND Electrical and BIM projects in Germany, including commercial, industrial, education and data center work, plus structural CAD coordination in Mexico. Architect by training, certified in Revit Dynamo. LANGUAGES English, German, Spanish. Projects can run in any of them. Send me a short brief (scope, deadline, template if you have one) and I'll reply with an approach and timeline within 24 hours.
