Khalelah Jacques M.

Senior Instructional Designer and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt specializing in accessible, human-centered e-learning. Effective training requires learner empathy. Cluttered, confusing courses cause drop-off and failed outcomes. By focusing on cognitive clarity, intuitive UX, and accessibility, my courses reach up to a 4.81/5 in learner satisfaction, consistently maintaining 4.60+ since 2022. With 10+ years in education and 5 years in instructional design, I translate dense content into clear, engaging learning experiences, combining teaching principles with Lean Six Sigma discipline to respect the learner's time and drive results. 📌 Where I can help: Interactive E-Learning: Self-paced modules built in Easygenerator (or similar), Canva, or presentation platforms (SCORM/LMS-ready). Accessible Course Design: WCAG-aligned layouts built around Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles so every learner can participate. Training Assets: Onboarding decks, facilitator guides, supplementary documents, and polished microlearning modules. Content Restructuring: Taking dense manuals, slides, or existing courses and turning them into clear, visually engaging materials. If you ever need to refresh an existing course, map out a brand-new project, or turn raw ideas into a structured learning experience, I’m here to help. Send me a message or invite me to your job post! I’d love to learn about your goals, timeline, and target audience, and discuss how we can create something that supports your learners.
