Whatever you've got in mind for your Shopify store, there's a good chance I've built it, fixed it or migrated it already. Plenty of Shopify developers will work through your list and stop there. I'll do the list too, I'll just tell you if I spot something along the way that's worth knowing about. I've spent the last 5+ years working exclusively with Shopify, and ten years in web development before that. I've been Tech Lead on ecommerce brands doing €60M+ a year, so I've got a decent sense of what actually moves and what just looks busy. Recent work: - Launched 4 expansion stores for a beauty brand, €20M in new revenue inside 18 months - Hit 4%+ conversion in a niche where most stores struggle to break 2% - Migrated a US specialty food retailer off BigCommerce onto Shopify, revenue up 93% year on year and orders up 66% in their biggest season What I do: - Shopify migrations, off BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento or whatever legacy thing you're stuck on - Shopify theme development, I'll take your Figma designs and build them properly, or work on the theme you're already running - Custom Shopify development, apps, integrations, the awkward stuff that makes a difference to your business - Shopify CRO and A/B testing to lift conversion rates and AOV - Speed work, because a slow store costs you money every day it stays slow - Retention setups with Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias and Recharge - AI and automation to take the repetitive jobs off your team How I work: I'll go through what you've got, tell you what I'd change and why, then get on with it. You'll hear from me when something needs a decision and not much in between, which most people seem to prefer. I'm a British Shopify developer based near Barcelona, working with ecommerce brands across the UK, EU and US. Send over what you're thinking about and let's start a chat to see how I can help.
