BPO INDUSTRY have opened different opportunities for me. Like everyone else I started as a struggling agent in my first year where I dont really know how things work but through dedication and support of my fellow workers and leaders and my desire to be excellent in whatever I do I have become the person of who I am today and I know the journey in making myself better won't stop as I know everyday is another opportunity to grow and be sharpened. There are really ups and downs, high and lows, joy and sadness, basically a mix of everything one has to go through in this Industry. There will be times you will feel highly appreciated and there were also times you feel nobody notices you but regardless of the current status none of these has stopped me from continuing my carreer here, I have my own shared of hard times, many times but I wouldnt change things if I could, I may have more roadblocks to face in the future but I know this is where I belong and this is where I would always try my best to fit in, any time, everytime and all the time.
