I want to understand your lifestyle, needs, taste, priorities, and how you want the space to feel. **Space Planning** – I develop the layout first. Good interior design starts with proportion, circulation, and understanding how the space needs to function. **Concept Design** – I establish the visual direction through mood boards, colors, materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. **Design Development** – We refine the design and develop the furniture, cabinetry, millwork, materials, lighting, and details that bring everything together. **3D Visualization** – Using SketchUp and photorealistic rendering, I help you clearly visualize the finished space before anything is built or purchased. **Technical Drawings** – When required, I prepare professional AutoCAD floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, electrical plans, interior elevations, and design details for execution. **Feedback & Revisions** – Communication is essential to my process. I review feedback carefully, clarify questions, and refine the design until we are confident in the direction. My job is not to impose a style on you.
