Mawanda H.

I don't just manage cloud security; I transform compliance and scalability into auditable success stories for global enterprises and regulated firms. With 15+ years of strategic engineering and a focus on the Microsoft stack, I deliver architecture that is secure from day one. Impact & Results Highlights: My expertise is quantified by consistent, measurable delivery in complex, high-stakes environments: - Securing Global Law Firms (Compliance): Successfully led a US-based law firm, Sterlington PLLC, to achieve ISO 27001 certification by architecting robust Microsoft 365 security controls. - Securing AWS workloads with Entra SSO: Successfully led an AWS implementation to secure remote workers whilst using the AWS platform for MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders). - Endpoint Security & Audits (CIS Benchmarks): Implemented a secure Intune implementation for the AI healthcare client Recall Space (Germany), achieving rigorous CIS Benchmarks compliance. This specialised device management experience is further proven by multiple Intune and Endpoint projects. - Cost & Performance Optimisation: Delivered immediate Azure cost optimisation, with one client praising my ability to reduce their Azure costs through efficient resource and rightsizing strategies. - VDI Modernisation (AVD): Architected and deployed Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions, integrating FSLogix for seamless user profiles and managing configurations for clients like Mazuma Credit Union and others across multiple contracts.
