To add, I take my work very seriously and has a very strong sense of responsibility. My working experience started within the customer service industry. With my 8+ years of experience in this field, problem-solving and stress management skills became natural to me as well as strongly developed my professionalism. During the pandemic however, I have done research and discovered the demand in accounting services. With my sincerity and desire to level up my existing skills, that led me to the world of becoming a Billing Specialist. Chances and opportunities came and to cut the story short, I even became a Collections & AP Specialist. Since then, I knew that this is what I enjoy doing and would love to continue to offer.
