How I work is simple: I figure out the smallest version worth shipping, break it into milestones you can actually see, build fast, and hand it over documented, usually with a Loom so nothing lives only in my head. One more thing that's fair to know: I build AI-native. I use Claude Code and modern AI tooling in my workflow, which means I ship faster and iterate in days instead of weeks. You get more product for the same budget, without the "AI slop". I still review, test, and own every line.
