Thandiwe N.

I am a writer and researcher specialising in property, finance and other technical subject matter. For the past 5+ years, I have worked with one of Australia’s leading mortgage brokerages, creating content for Australian homebuyers and property investors. My work includes SEO content, property and finance articles, market updates, website content, newsletters, YouTube scripts and social media content. I also research the Australian property market and regularly write about topics such as home loans, borrowing capacity, first-home buyers, refinancing, property investment and government schemes. Because I work in the finance industry, accuracy is extremely important. I have therefore developed strong research and fact-checking skills and am comfortable turning complicated financial or property information into clear, practical content. I am also a fast learner and can quickly get up to speed with new industries, products, regulations and audiences. In all my years as a writer, I have never missed a deadline. I work well independently and with minimal supervision, but I am always guided by the client's goals and preferred style. If I think something could work better, I will make a suggestion, but ultimately my job is to help achieve the client's vision. Before specialising in property and finance, I wrote commercial scripts, documentary scripts and educational content for organisations including the United Nations, World Vision and the European Union. I have also written stage plays for local and international schools and have received seven awards for playwriting. If you need someone who can research a topic properly, understand the details and turn complex property or finance information into content people can actually understand, I would be happy to help.
