Ngoc Dieu Anh N.

My name is Dieu Anh (Aurora) and I have 6-year experience as an E-commerce Freelancer at FunFitness Group as well as Martine & Pleasant. At FunFitness Group, I was in charge of handling customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Besides, I also did tasks to manage the E- Commerce store like updating or checking data, content and images. Especially, I took part in building marketing funnels for the company, using Facebook posts, ClickFunnels, MailChimp, etc. Additionally, I also worked as an E-commerce Freelancer at Martine & Pleasant - an Australian company providing natural products related to Health & Well-being. I took a variety of roles, from updating content & catalog on the online shop, marketplaces and other eRetailers to designing images and set up ad campaigns. Furthermore, I also collected data to optimize Amazon and eBay ads. I'm very excited to be considered for the role of E-commerce Freelancer at your company. As someone who can learn quickly and improve the process, I strive to be a vital component of every team I join. By staying on top of deadlines, I allow ample time to fix issues that may arise last-minute during projects.
