I have over a decade of experience in customer service, training, and design, with a strong background in both client relations and team leadership. My career began in the call center industry, where I spent several years handling inbound and outbound customer support for major companies such as eBay and Amazon. At ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, I provided support for eBay buyers and sellers, managing both calls and emails simultaneously. I later joined Amazon Operations Services Philippines Inc., where I assisted customers with their retail purchases. My ability to quickly adapt and excel in customer interactions led to my promotion to Acting Training Specialist, where I conducted training sessions for newly hired employees, equipping them with the skills needed for production. Building on this foundation, I transitioned into the jewelry industry, joining CustomMade in 2021 as a Jewelry Consultant. In this role, I guided clients from initial inquiries to fully realized custom pieces, collaborating with designers to refine and perfect each project. My expertise in design, customer communication, and project management led to my promotion to Design Lead in 2022 and Senior Design Lead in 2023. Currently, I oversee 3D design renderings, mentor junior designers, and ensure that each custom piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Additionally, I have experience as a freelance Workspace Admin, managing listings and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data for Natebuysland LLC. My diverse skill set, from technical customer support to creative design leadership, allows me to adapt quickly and excel in dynamic environments.
