At S&P Global I started as a Commercial Development Representative and worked my way up to Team Lead. By the time I left, my team was responsible for over $10M in pipeline in 2024. Before that, I was ranked #3 globally in prospecting in 2021 with $600K in closed revenue on my own. Right now I manage dispositions for a U.S. real estate investment firm. I handle the pipeline, negotiate with buyers and agents, coordinate with title companies and attorneys, and close deals. I personally closed $450K in 2024 and $830K in 2025. This is my day-to-day, not a past role. On the side I have been doing freelance work since 2022 — cold email copy, lead generation, and outbound sales consulting for clients across different industries. I earned Level 1 Seller status on Fiverr with a 4.9 out of 5 rating through actual paid client work, not profile padding. What I am good at: Building outbound systems from scratch. Writing cold email copy that gets replies. Generating leads using Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. Managing CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot properly. Handling real estate disposition pipelines end to end. Managing customer accounts and reducing churn. I have done all of these things in real jobs with real accountability, not just as a freelancer.
