SOLIDWORKS 2026 & Engineering 3D Printing

Providing end-to-end mechanical CAD design, structural steel detailing, sheet metal fabrication patterns, and engineering-grade 3D printing. My focus is simple: produce models, drawings, and parts that fabricators can actually build — accurately, consistently, and without guesswork. I work in SOLIDWORKS 2026 Professional with SolidSteel Parametric, giving me a full structural‑steel detailing environment directly inside SW. This enables fast, precise modeling of beams, columns, plates, and connections with shop‑ready drawings that match real fabrication standards. Alongside metalwork and mechanical design, I operate an engineering‑focused 3D print farm specializing in functional, production‑grade components — not hobby prints. I work primarily in PA12‑CF, PA6‑CF, ASA‑GF, and other engineering materials, delivering dimensionally accurate, durable parts for prototypes, fixtures, UAV components, and low‑liability production runs. Core Disciplines: • Architectural / Residential CAD • Structural Steel Detailing & Modeling • Sheet Metal Design (Flat Patterns, DXFs, Bend Tables) • Mechanical Design & Custom Fixtures • Additive Manufacturing What I Deliver: • Fabrication‑ready shop drawings with correct weld symbols and tolerances • Structural steel modeling & detailing using SolidSteel Parametric • SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and drawings built for manufacturability • Sheet‑metal design with flat patterns and hardware integration • Mechanical assemblies, fixtures, and prototype‑ready designs • Engineering‑grade 3D printing for functional parts and small‑batch production • Clean, parametric models with disciplined revision control How I Collaborate: I build clean, controlled models, maintain strict revision discipline, and communicate clearly with engineers, architects, PMs, and fabricators. My drawings and printed parts eliminate ambiguity, reduce questions, and keep projects moving without delays or rework. If you need a detailer/designer who understands how things are actually built — in the shop, on the floor, or through additive manufacturing — let's discuss your project requirements.
