Bence D.

I have 6+ years of experience building SaaS web applications. I can help you take your products from idea to deployed MVP. Highlights - I built the Suura and Travaya SaaS web applications from scratch, owning the full stack. I built the frontend UI and the backend REST API using SvelteKit on the Bun runtime. I also built the deployment pipeline for our Hetzner VPS using Coolify, and improved scaling with queues (BullMQ) and caching (Redis). The main challenge for Suura was providing per-user upload storage with quotas enforced by each user's subscription plan. The system had to handle race conditions during uploads and guarantee that no upload could exceed the quota. I also built subscriptions and peer-to-peer payments via Stripe. - I built the initial prototype and MVP for Referred, owning the full stack. I built the user interface with React and the REST API with AWS Lambda, set up the deployment pipeline using AWS Amplify's GitHub integration, and built the payment and payout system with Stripe. - As the sole developer at Haast, I led development of a dashboard where users manage their compliance findings, using Flask (Python) and Svelte. - At Ongo Health, I wrote the software for a spirometer game controller using the PlatformIO and Arduino APIs, and built the games that interact with it in Godot and Unity. I also helped build additional features, such as a leaderboard using Firebase and Supabase. Please read my terms before reaching out: - I no longer work on crypto-related projects. - Communication must be in line with Upwork's Terms of Service. I can't join calls or meetings on third-party services before a contract is established. (It's fine for me to do after signing the contract.)
