Hello! I am an economist with a PhD in economics, and my specialization lies in the field of environmental economics, econometrics, and applied microeconomics. Throughout my career, I have accumulated extensive experience in designing and conducting household surveys, and analyzing primary, secondary and spatial data sets. I have worked with diverse data structures, including cross-sectional, time-series, and panel data. My past research works have incorporated a wide array of empirical approaches, including hedonic valuation, choice experiment, contingent valuation, travel cost, spatio-temporal analysis, non-linear modeling, optimal control, impact evaluations, and cost-benefit analysis, to name a few. I am proficient in both Stata and R, and I possess excellent written and oral communication skills. My works have been published in numerous academic peer-reviewed journals, and I have delivered talks on my research to audiences of varying technical backgrounds. I currently serve as an assistant professor of economics at the University of the Pacific, where I continue to explore new frontiers in economics and educate the next generation of economists. I am passionate about leveraging economics to address pressing environmental and societal challenges, and I look forward to contributing to meaningful projects and collaborations in the field.
