Fahad K.

I design SaaS dashboards, B2B web apps and AI-powered products that people understand on first use, turning complex, data-heavy interfaces into clear UX that drives activation and conversion. Senior UI/UX & Product Designer with 7+ years of experience. 60+ projects delivered on Upwork. Based in Berlin, so I overlap easily with EU and US working hours. WHAT I HELP WITH • SaaS & dashboard UX/UI: web app redesigns, analytics dashboards, admin panels, CRMs • UX audits: I find where users drop off and give you a prioritized fix list • AI product design: chat and copilot interfaces, AI feature flows, AI-assisted workflows • E-commerce & landing page UX: Shopify and conversion optimization • Mobile app UI/UX (iOS & Android) • Design systems in Figma, developer handoff, and builds in Framer / Webflow HOW I WORK Research & audit → user flows → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → clickable prototype → usability testing → developer handoff WHY CLIENTS HIRE ME • Fast turnaround and clear communication • Design decisions tied to results: activation, conversion, retention • I use Claude and other AI tools to speed up research and prototyping, so you get more iterations in less time, with human judgment on every decision WHAT CLIENTS SAY 💬 "Fahad was really cooperative, delivered the needed outcomes on time, and adapted to the changes to the contract in an agile way." 💬 "Fahad exceeded the expectations!
