Whether it’s handling high-volume email tickets, live chat, or phone support, I provide professional, empathetic service that keeps customers coming back. My Skill Set Includes: Writing/Editing: SEO Copywriting, Copy Editing, Proofreading, and Blogging. Technical: WordPress Management, HTML/CSS, SEO Audit.
