Customer service can be considered as one of the most important pillars of all companies, since a good customer service generates loyalty, income and recommendations to third parties from customers. I have worked with customer service for over a year in different companies. I can guide and provide security to the customer in the required environment, maintain an active and empathetic conversation by providing information, problem solving, ideas and event planning. I am a responsible, punctual, organized, active, dynamic person with confidence in decision making and I have teamwork ability. Also, I have experience in social media and Microsoft Office. I am a student of Chemistry at the University of Los Andes, Venezuela, and this area of science has allowed me to develop skills in solving problems quickly and efficiently.
