Roger H.

Hi, I’m a Systems Engineer with experience supporting a wide range of infrastructure, platforms, and environments. I work across Windows and Linux systems, and I’m comfortable jumping into both ongoing support and full project builds—from troubleshooting and upgrades to planning, automation, and long-term stability improvements. I can assist with virtualization and hypervisors including Proxmox, VMware vSphere/ESXi, and Hyper-V, along with storage and system performance. I also have experience working with Synology NAS environments, including shares, backups, permissions, and integrating NAS storage into on-prem and virtualized setups. I’m experienced with containers (Docker and container-based deployments), cloud environments like AWS and Azure, and building practical automation using Ansible, including AWX and Tower, to reduce manual work and keep infrastructure consistent. I’m also familiar with common web and backend infrastructure such as Apache, MySQL, Redis, and WordPress, whether hosted on-prem or in the cloud. If you need help with ML/AI tasks I can also be of service. I can help you use openclaw, n8n, ollama, vllm, llm studio, gpu management, bittensor, and more. My goal is to understand your technical objectives clearly, communicate throughout the project, and deliver a solution that’s stable, secure, and easy to maintain. I have a flexible schedule and strong soft skills, so projects stay organized and moving in the right direction. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss your project. Thanks! Roger
