I'm not at my best in roles where I'm simply given a new list of unrelated tasks every day and expected to wait for the next instruction. Give me the goal and the context, and I'll help you figure out the path to get there. I also value clear working arrangements. The hours we agree on are the hours I work. I don't operate on a 24/7 standby basis or expect to be constantly available outside of agreed working hours. I work best with clear priorities, structured communication, and purposeful meetings. I prefer meetings to be scheduled in advance with a defined start time and duration, rather than frequent ad-hoc calls throughout the day. This allows me to protect focused working time for tasks that require deeper thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. Clear expectations, focused work, and mutual respect for time are what allow me to do my best work.
