I've spent the last few years inside Odoo, not just configuring it, but building the systems that make businesses actually run on it. I'm a Living Legend on Odoo's own platform with 10,000+ XP, which just means I've genuinely put the hours in. On the technical side I've delivered full end-to-end implementations across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, E-commerce, E-learning, and Website modules on v16, v17, v18, and v19. I've built custom modules from scratch when the default configuration wasn't enough, managed full data migrations, designed multi-level workflows, and stayed through go-live and hypercare until clients were genuinely self-sufficient. One example that comes up often — a real estate holding company needed a commission control system across company, supervisor, and manager levels that Odoo couldn't handle out of the box. I built it from scratch. It saved them millions in previously untracked payouts. Beyond the technical work, I've also operated as the internal Odoo administrator for organizations — managing users, maintaining data integrity, building dashboards and reports for leadership, and keeping the system clean and efficient as the business scaled. I understand Odoo from both sides: the consultant who builds it and the operator who runs it day to day. On the design side, I'm a co-founder of Ladder Designs and a certified graphic designer — working across Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Logos, mockups, brand identities. It's a different muscle but it feeds directly into how I think about user experience inside Odoo too. I'm Top Rated with an all-5-star record across clients in the US, Canada, Armenia, and Israel.
