SEO is like a puzzle that demands in-depth research and elaborate pre-planning to achieve success. And by success and do not mean merely driving a bunch of visitors to the website, what I call success is exploring the keywords/topics that are super-relevant, super-targeted, and most importantly convertible in revenue. Driving such traffic to your website needs in-depth, data-driven research that includes: A full audit of the website (both on-page and off-page) Reverse-engineering the competitors Exploring keywords Individually analyzing the SERP for each valuable keywords to find opportunities Planning content based on the research Checking that all details are up-to-date to the latest algorithm Building high-quality and links from various, authoritative sources Ongoing analysis to see what works the best and what needs to be improved I use Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, GSC, GA to mine the necessary data and build an SEO strategy. NOTE: This is, of course, my general approach; every SEO case is unique and might require different tactics to grasp the opportunities and crack the first page of google.
