Navneet P.

I'm a software architect with over 30 years in enterprise IT, focused on AI consulting, systems architecture, integration, and modernisation. Much of my career was in the telecommunications sector — designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems in production — including work that earned multiple patents for telecom inventions. I work across Unix, Linux, and cloud environments and a range of programming languages, and I lead a team of engineers that helps companies adopt AI where it genuinely fits and untangle systems that have grown fragmented over time. Alongside the hands-on work, I handle architecture, project planning, mentoring, and long-term production support. Where I can help: AI / ML — identifying real use cases, then building and supporting production systems rather than proofs of concept. Systems architecture & integration — connecting ERP, CRM, payments, and internal tools into coherent, maintainable systems. Legacy modernisation — improving or replacing aging systems without disrupting operations. Custom software & ongoing support — including 24x7 product support. Over the years my team and I have integrated a wide range of platforms — CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), payment systems (Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal, Razorpay, Bolt), and commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) — usually as part of a larger systems or operations problem, not a standalone site build. That experience means I can often get more out of the software you've already deployed instead of starting over. I care about clear communication, solutions that hold up in production, and staying involved after launch. If you're working through an AI or systems-modernisation decision, I'm glad to talk it through.
