I graduated from the University of the Philippines Visayas with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. I am highly dedicated, adaptable, and passionate about understanding how human behavior impacts markets and economic systems. I aim to apply this knowledge in real-world settings to drive efficiency and maintain a professional, positive approach to work. My professional experience spans across customer service, research, and administrative support. Currently, I work as a Customer Experience Supervisor at Fresco Consulting, where I handle client concerns, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Since April 2020, I have also been assisting a relative's business as a cashier at a local variety store, where I manage transactions and provide friendly, efficient customer service. Earlier in my career, I served as a Student Assistant at the UPV National Service Training Program (NSTP) Office, where I performed clerical duties, supported administrative staff, and developed strong organizational and communication skills. During my undergraduate studies, I conducted a research project on the saving behavior of households in a selected area in the Philippines. The project explored the different methods households use to save money and aimed to highlight the spending patterns of the average Filipino household.
