I am a customer service professional with over three years of BPO experience supporting international clients via calls, email, and chat. I am fluent in English with strong communication and problem-solving skills. I currently work part-time as a Freelance CGM Intake & Authorization Specialist, coordinating with clinics and patients for FreeStyle Libre and other diabetic medical supplies. I am also a licensed English teacher and presently a Public Senior High School teacher at Victorias National High School.
