I'll be honest... Most founders I have worked with did not start out looking for an Operations Manager. They simply reached a point where too much of the business depended on them. The team was busy. Clients were being served. Projects were moving. But somehow, they were still the ones chasing deadlines, answering questions, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Sound familiar? That's where I come in. I help founder-led consulting businesses, advisory firms, boutique agencies, and mission-driven organizations bring structure to their operations so work can move forward without everything coming back to the founder. My focus is on building practical Business Operations systems, improving how projects move across teams, and creating the accountability that keeps everything running smoothly. Here's what I can help you with: ✅ Business Operations & Operational Planning – Creating structure around priorities, responsibilities, and daily execution. ✅ Project Management & Project Delivery – Keeping projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track. ✅ Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization – Identifying bottlenecks, simplifying processes, and reducing unnecessary manual work. ✅ SOPs & Knowledge Management – Documenting repeatable processes so information doesn't live in one person's head. ✅ Team Management & Accountability – Clarifying ownership, strengthening communication, and establishing consistent follow-through. ✅ Executive Dashboards & Reporting – Giving leadership better visibility into performance, progress, and priorities. ✅ Project Workflows & Systems – Building practical workflows using tools like Asana, ClickUp, and Google Workspace. A little about how I work... I genuinely enjoy untangling messy operations. But I have learned that fixing operations does not always mean introducing another tool, creating a complicated system, or adding five more meetings to everyone's calendar. Sometimes, it is about making better use of what is already there. I start by understanding how your business actually works, where things get stuck, and what your team needs to work more independently. Then we simplify what is not working, put practical systems in place, and make sure the team can actually use them. Good operations are not just about efficiency. They are about creating enough clarity and structure that people can focus on the work that really matters, without everything depending on one person. If you are building a consulting business, leadership organization, advisory firm, boutique agency, or mission-driven team, and you are beginning to feel like too much still depends on you, I would love to hear what you are building.
