I’m a CPG Operations & Supply Chain consultant with deep experience in natural foods, retail, logistics, EDI, and order-to-cash operations. My background spans both sides of the CPG relationship: more than a decade in grocery retail operations, followed by leadership in logistics and supply chain for a fast-growing natural foods brand, and now consulting with emerging and established consumer brands as they improve launch readiness, retail operations, fulfillment, systems, and process execution. My systems and platform experience includes SPS Commerce, Orderful, NetSuite, Shopify, ShipStation, Fishbowl, Amazon FBA/FBM, WMS/TMS platforms, retailer portals, distributor systems, and custom operational workflows. What differentiates me is that I understand both the system and the operation behind it. An 856 is not simply an EDI document — it represents a real shipment that needs to be routed, labeled, picked up, received correctly, and ultimately invoiced. A new retailer launch is not simply a sales win — it creates requirements across item setup, GTINs, packaging, routing, fulfillment, EDI, invoicing, inventory, compliance, and internal ownership. That operational context allows me to work comfortably between technical teams and business teams, identify where processes are actually breaking down, and build practical solutions that people can execute. I’m particularly well suited for natural food, beverage, wellness, and other emerging CPG brands that have reached the point where growth is creating operational complexity.
