Hi, and welcome to my profile! 😊 My name is Anamaria, but feel free to call me Anna - it's easier. 😉 I’m a people person at heart, which is why I started my journey in Customer Service over 10 years ago. From Sales Rep in a call center to Guest Services onboard cruise ships and hotel reception, I’ve built a strong foundation in handling clients with care, professionalism, and efficiency. I’ve worked as a Logistics Coordinator in the e-commerce space for 3 years, supporting brands on platforms like Amazon and Shopify. I’ve managed order fulfillment, stock tracking, supplier communication, and process optimization. I also contributed to streamlining SOPs and improving overall operations, all while working independently and meeting deadlines with precision. In addition to my logistics and customer service background, I’ve had the chance to explore various areas like product research, eBay listings, Google and Facebook Ads, content creation, translations, and more. I love learning and adapting to new challenges, and I thrive in fast-paced environments. I’m versatile, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to delivering quality work that exceeds expectations. If you're looking for someone reliable, dedicated, and easy to work with, I’d love to chat! Thanks for stopping by, and I hope we connect soon! 🌟
