Hello, Thank you for looking at my profile. During the past 10 years, I have worked as customer service representative, Customer Service Team Leader and Sales Supervisors/Trainer. I was able to learn about BPO/Call Center industry, and handle all type of customers. I learned to give a great customer service. I am a committed and responsible person. I love to help customers and educate them about the product. I also learned about how to be a good leader, and how to create actions plans to imrpove performance and develop agents. I always give 100% of myself in every single call, chat or email not just for the company,I also do it because I know if a customer is happy the company is happy and this will bring more business and revenues for the company that I am working for.
