I sit at the intersection of three worlds that rarely meet: Finance, enterprise programme delivery and AI-native product development. I'm a Chartered Accountant (ACA) by training, which means I approach technology with a finance and operations lens — always asking: what's the business problem, and what's the leanest solution that solves it? By day, I lead large-scale ERP transformations as Programme Director at Oracle — currently driving a complex programme for one of the region's largest airlines, and having recently completed one of the UAE's biggest Oracle Fusion banking implementations (35+ consultants, 120+ integrated systems). In parallel, I build things. Over the past few years I've designed and shipped AI-powered applications, workflow automation frameworks, and full-stack MVPs — independently, from concept to deployment.
