Jan Michael M.

Hi, I'm Jan 👋 For 6 years, I've been the behind-the-scenes person for course creators, coaches, and small teams across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia — building courses in Kajabi, wiring up email funnels, and keeping launches running smoothly so you can stay focused on the parts of your business only you can do. Here’s what I do best: ⭐ Online Course Setup & Platform Support (Kajabi, Teachable, Circle) ⭐ Automation | Email Marketing | Copywriting (Drip, Klaviyo, Kit) ⭐ High-Converting Landing Pages & Launch Support Bonus skills I can help with, if needed: ✔️ General VA & Admin Support — process management (creating SOPs), file organization, scheduling, research, light bookkeeping ✔️ Video & Podcast Editing — (Premiere Pro, Audacity, Descript) ✔️ Light Coding & Tech Tweaks — e.g., Installed and configured Google reCAPTCHA for forms (Drip + SquareSpace) Clients say I’m proactive, diligent, and detail-oriented. I adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and industries, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality work — whether it’s setting up systems, editing content, or keeping recurring tasks on track. Need calm, capable support who actually enjoys getting things done? I’m your person — let’s connect! ⭐
