Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Executive Assistant for the operations of your growing company? Founders hire me when they need someone who can take the chaos behind the scenes, scattered enquiries, manual scheduling, no central client database, inconsistent follow-ups, products spread across platforms, and turn it into a system that actually runs. That's what I do. I'm a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, and Executive Assistant who builds the operational backbone behind purpose-driven founders. Notion and ClickUp workspaces, GoHighLevel CRM and sales funnels, Founder Dashboards, calendar and inbox triage, project tracking, SOPs, AI-powered content and email workflows, retreat and event admin, WordPress, Shopify, Thinkific, Mailchimp, Amazon KDP. The full stack. What I've built recently: → Designed and deployed the full operational backbone for a UK coaching and retreat brand on GoHighLevel and ClickUp, lead funnels, sales pipelines, automated CRM capture, multi-branch segmentation logic, email nurture sequences, and a published retreat landing page that captures and segments leads automatically. → Led the end-to-end revamp of 7 websites on WordPress, then drove the migration to Hostinger to reduce hosting costs, directing a team of 15+ designers, developers across 6 time zones, while personally handling architecture, QA, and post-launch indexing. → Built an AI-powered content pipeline that produces both Instagram (1080×1350) and X/Twitter (1600×900) versions of an article in 15 minutes, replacing an entire graphic design function that previously produced 10 posts per week. → Built a multi-outlet backlink-recovery system spanning 20+ major US publications (NYT, WSJ, USA Today, CNN, Forbes), including the contact research, AI-drafted outreach, and tracking infrastructure. What I take off your plate: ✅ Sales funnel design and build (GoHighLevel, landing pages, lead capture forms) ✅ CRM architecture and pipeline management (lead → client → completed journeys) ✅ Marketing automation (email nurture sequences, segmentation logic, SMS campaigns) ✅ AI workflow design (Claude, ChatGPT, Custom GPTs) ✅ Process automation (Make, Zapier, n8n) ✅ Operations audit, finding what's manual that shouldn't be ✅ SOP development with embedded AI tools ✅ Team and vendor management for distributed teams ✅ Executive support and Chief of Staff functions Toolkit: CRM and funnels: GoHighLevel (pipelines, workflows, funnels, calendars, communities, courses), ClickUp AI: Claude, ChatGPT (Custom GPTs), Perplexity, prompt engineering Automation: Make, Zapier, n8n Operations: Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack Web: WordPress, WP Engine, basic HTML/CSS, SEO (Search Console, on-page, schema) Content and marketing: Canva, multi-platform social workflows, editorial calendars, Mailchimp Best fit for: Solo founders, coaches, consultants, small media companies, content-heavy agencies, and creator businesses where someone is doing manually what Automations and proper systems could do better.
