UX Researcher&Service Designer - Wellbeing&Human-Centred Systems

I assist to design and lead UX and service research for teams working in healthcare, wellbeing, public services, and social impact. With a PhD in Design from Politecnico di Milano and 6+ years of hands-on practice, I bring academic focus to real-world projects. My work spans the full research-to-design arc: from in-depth qualitative studies and co-creation workshops to UX audits, journey maps, service blueprints, and interaction design. I've collaborated with patient organizations, healthcare providers, nonprofits, startups, and public agencies: across Europe and remotely.
