Staff had to check products, branch availability, and stock manually, slowing down order-taking as message volume increased. What I built I built a WhatsApp AI ordering assistant connected to live product, branch, and inventory data. I combined AI tool calling, structured filters, keyword search, and semantic search to match natural-language requests with relevant products. I also built the frontend and backend for product and order management, WhatsApp templates, guided conversation flows, and queued message processing. The outcome Order placement, cancellation, and after-sales follow-ups can be handled automatically, reducing manual work. MCP Integration — 30+ Business Tools The problem My client needed to connect MCP servers and clients for CRM, ERP, and productivity tools, including GitHub, Stripe, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, Discord, Slack, and Firebase. These integrations needed to work with their existing workflow automation platform and systems. My contribution I set up the required MCP server and client templates and worked directly with their CTO to integrate them into the existing system. I handled authentication, including OAuth, API tokens, and token refresh. I also refined system prompts to support proper tool discovery and tool-calling order. The outcome I successfully integrated 30+ MCP servers and clients with their workflow automation platform, extending the tools available to existing workflows. Automated Google Maps Lead Generation & Enrichment System The problem My client was manually prospecting leads from Google Maps, making lead discovery time-consuming. Duplicate records were also appearing across lead lists. What I built I built a scheduled Google Places pipeline that automates lead discovery and stores records in Supabase. I added validation, de-duplication, pagination, daily limits, retries, and audit logging to keep the process reliable and organized. The outcome Lead discovery runs without manual research, duplicate records are reduced, and campaigns can scale across different locations and keywords.
