Most CRM problems I get called in for aren't missing features. They're a Salesforce org nobody trusts, a HubSpot portal that was set up but never designed, or a sync between the two that quietly overwrites good data. I fix those, and I build new pieces so they stay fixed. I'm a Salesforce and HubSpot architect with 10+ years of enterprise CRM at Twitter, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Accenture Federal Services (CMS, DHS, CBP), Honeywell and Unilever.
