I build AI systems that work with your software, use your company's knowledge and carry out useful work. You work directly with me on architecture and implementation, from the first technical decisions through to production. I bring eight years of AI/ML experience across commercial software, enterprise projects and my own AI consultancy. Most recently, I spent three years at Chaos building AI capabilities for 3D design and visualization. What I can help you build • AI assistants and copilots that understand application context and take action through tools and APIs. • Agentic workflows, MCP integrations and custom AI products connected to your existing systems. • Knowledge and search systems with RAG, context and memory, plus evaluation and feedback loops to improve reliability. • Applied AI R&D, including computer vision, generative imaging and 3D, when your product needs more than an off-the-shelf solution. I can join an existing engineering team, own a new feature or product, or help get a promising prototype ready for real users. That includes the backend, integrations, cloud infrastructure and testing needed to operate it. Relevant work Chaos AI Assistant: I originated the early concept and became its first technical lead, shaping the agent architecture and runtime for an assistant now integrated into Enscape and Envision. Cylindo Quickshot: I led R&D spanning workflow design, image processing, image generation and model fine-tuning to create lifestyle imagery from 3D products. I also led separate research on automated furniture placement and controllable scene assembly. NeurisionLabs: I founded and led an AI consultancy with a team, delivering custom systems for clients including Standard Bank Group. That work covered production ML, computer vision, forecasting and enterprise data systems. My recent work includes building agentic research, qualification and outbound tooling for Scalutions. My day-to-day engineering spans Python, TypeScript, LLM applications, API design and cloud deployment, backed by hands-on model development experience. My recent projects were outside Upwork, including my 2023–2026 role at Chaos. I'm now available for remote projects and ongoing contract work, in English or German.
