I’m a Technical Project Manager with 9 years of experience in IT and web development. I’ve worked on projects from the initial idea and requirements to development, testing, and launch. I usually work closely with developers, designers, QA, clients, and other stakeholders to keep things moving and make sure everyone is on the same page. A big part of my work is bringing structure to projects that have a lot of moving pieces. I can help with planning, breaking down requirements, setting priorities and timelines, coordinating the team, following up on tasks, communicating with clients, and dealing with issues before they turn into bigger problems. I can help with: - Project planning and day-to-day management - Requirements gathering and documentation - Coordinating developers, designers, and QA - Client and stakeholder communication - Sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum - QA coordination and release preparation Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, and other project management tools I also have a technical background in web development projects, including WordPress, OpenCart, PHP/Laravel, React, and Vue. I’m not a developer, but I understand the development process well enough to communicate with technical teams, ask the right questions, and keep projects moving without getting lost in technical details. I’m currently looking to work with companies and agencies on web and software development projects, either on a project basis or as an ongoing part-time PM.
