Most problems I get called in for are not on the screen. They are in the data sync across systems underneath, so I build the API and backend services layer first and give your team internal tools on top of the same data. AI AGENTS AND WORKFLOW AUTOMATION AI powered agents that qualify leads, run follow up by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email, book appointments, triage customer support, update inventory and orders, handle claims, approvals and exceptions, and route work to the right person, with a human approval step where a mistake is costly. Document processing that pulls structured data out of PDFs and forms. When a step does not need AI, I keep the workflow automation simple in n8n, Make, Zapier or GoHighLevel, connected to Google Workspace and your CRM. AI VOICE AGENTS AND CHATBOTS Inbound and outbound voice agents that answer calls, qualify callers, schedule appointments, escalate urgent calls and hand off to a person with a transcript and summary. Website chatbots and voice assistants with an admin dashboard to manage them. Built with OpenAI, Claude and Twilio. WEB APPS, SAAS AND NEW BUILDS FROM SCRATCH A new build from scratch covers user onboarding, role based access and permissions, admin dashboards, Stripe subscriptions and payment gateways, booking flows, and reporting and analytics from day one. I put role based access into the first version of the data model, because adding it to a live product later is slow and risky. MVPs and proof of concept builds follow the same rules, so they can grow into the full product. EXTENDING, TAKING OVER AND FIXING EXISTING PRODUCTS I join live web apps, read the code first, fix bugs, keep what works and ship new features without breaking current users, including products on low code backends such as Xano. REAL ESTATE CRM, REPORTING AND ANALYTICS AI real estate CRMs with lead intake from every source, lead scoring, automated outreach and follow up, pipeline tracking, and reporting and analytics dashboards on property and lead data. HEALTHCARE, SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIAL DATA EHR integration over FHIR and APIs, including AthenaOne on AWS, and AI features on clinical data. Built with HIPAA in mind: role based permissions, and confidential and personal data kept protected. MOBILE APPS React Native apps for iOS and Android, built alongside the web platform and admin side, through to app store publication. RAG, SEARCH AND MATCHING Retrieval augmented generation, search and AI matching on vector databases such as Qdrant and Pinecone, with answers grounded in your own data. Predictive ML models for lead scoring and forecasting, and LLM fine tuning and evaluation when prompting alone is not enough. DISCOVERY, SCOPING AND CONSULTING, ONGOING MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT Not sure what to build first? I deploy with Docker on AWS or Vercel through GitHub and CI/CD, then stay on for ongoing maintenance and support: bug fixes, monitoring and new features.
