Sherill C.

18 solid years of experience in a call center environment, focusing in customer excellence. I’ve been developing agents for 13 years, and I can help cultivate behavior that supports the company’s values particularly on service excellence and innovation. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. I am comfortable with leadership and I desire to empower others. In this cause, I realized that keeping the high morale of others through training is as important as instilling company values on a daily basis.
